Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order with care, transparency, and efficiency. Please review the information below to understand our shipping process.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

Processing & Pre-Order Shipping

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Pre-Order Schedule

  • First batch: Ships at the beginning of June

  • Second & third batches: Ship at the beginning of August

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number and tracking link so you can monitor delivery progress.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


RETURNS

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address
Please carefully verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation details, including tracking information and carrier verification, to assist you with your investigation.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Mail@questions4humanity.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
